Estate Tag Sales

 An Estate Sale is typically held to sell every item or the majority of items in your household..Anything and everything is found at estate sales. Many common household items such as couches, bedroom sets, hand tools, and uncommon or rare collectibles are often the first items to leave the house. The goal of an estate sale is to liquidate the entire contents of the home from the freezer in the garage to the baby clothes and what is stored in the attic. Estate sales are not just for antiques and depending on the sale, many items may have been recently purchased and are still in great condition.

Every sale is different so we will discuss and agree upon the best strategy for your sale and once you decide to partner with us we will take care of sorting, tagging, staging and pricing the contents of your estate. Additionally we will determine staffing and who will do what task for the sale. 

We will use all the resources at our disposal to market your sale for the best possible results. Typically our estate sales usually run 1-3 days with price reductions towards the end of the sale and we work on a percentage of the total sale with no upfront payments.

Upon completion of the sale and within approximately 3-5 days we will provide you with a cashiers check for your portion of the sale and make available to you the receipts of the sale for your review.
